Next From the Void
The beginning of a story; entry #1
"So, stardust... what now? Is this how you thought it'd start over?" Runa looked out ahead at the nothingness. Wondering how they got so far this time. They had never made it to the end before. This is definitely not what was expected. Looking up, they replied, "It's just- nothing.... like actually nothing." The ethereal figure looked around and nodded. "Why is it like this?" The figure responded to Runa's question, "You have started a new. The world is yours to dream now.... You dream it; it exists. You awake, it doesn't. And it continues until someone finds your void. As you have found mine." Runa is left to process as the figure turns transparent, then to dust like stars in the void. Finds mine? A void? Dreams? - all questions in Runa's head, accompanied by confusion with a sense of awe and horror. At some point, she sits down and closes her eyes. Opening them to a forest that has started to fill the nothing. The beginning of her next dream....

A "Wolf", a Girl and Her Grandmother
The Observer's eyes had no whites; they were simply two glowing red points in the dark. His face, which a human might describe as unmistakably wolf-like, was covered in luxuriant red fur. An elegant, black-tipped nose — moist with his breath — and a long lipless mouth with a double row of white teeth completed his visage.
