Some heroes dominate through raw strength, others through speed, magic, or centuries of combat experience — but only a few truly stand at the top.

This list ranks the major characters in the DCEU from weakest to strongest based strictly on what we’ve seen on screen. No comic feats. No alternate timelines. No fan theories. Just raw power, combat ability, durability, and the destructive potential each character brings when the battle escalates to its absolute limit.

50. Lex Luthor

Lex Luthor is one of the most brilliant minds in the DCEU, but intelligence alone doesn’t help much in a direct fight. Without his technology, resources, or preparation time, he’s essentially just a regular human. In a straight combat scenario against superpowered beings and elite fighters, he simply doesn’t have the physical ability to compete.

49. Emilia Harcourt

Harcourt is a highly trained government operative with solid combat experience. She’s extremely capable with firearms and tactics, which gives her an edge over ordinary civilians. However, compared to the rest of the characters on this list, she’s still just a skilled human soldier.

48. Judomaster

Judomaster is a surprisingly dangerous hand-to-hand fighter. His fight with Peacemaker showed that he has exceptional martial arts ability and can land strikes even against larger opponents. If he relied on weapons more often, he could likely rank higher.

47. Huntress

Huntress is a lethal vigilante with excellent combat training. Her precision with a crossbow makes her especially dangerous at range, and she has the agility and skill to handle herself in close quarters as well. Against the lower-ranked fighters, that combination gives her a clear advantage.

46. Ratcatcher

Ratcatcher’s abilities are incredibly situational. If she has access to a large swarm of rats, she can overwhelm opponents in creative and devastating ways. The problem is that physically she’s still just a normal human, meaning if an opponent reaches her first, the fight could end very quickly.

45. Captain Boomerang

Captain Boomerang might sound gimmicky, but his accuracy and creativity with his signature weapon make him dangerous. His trick boomerangs can hit targets from unexpected angles and deal serious damage, allowing him to defeat less experienced fighters.

44. Harley Quinn

Harley Quinn combines chaos, unpredictability, and surprising combat skill. Her prison escape in The Suicide Squad proved that she’s capable of taking down large groups of enemies using both weapons and acrobatics. While not superhuman, she’s far more dangerous than she initially appears.

43. Vigilante

Vigilante is an extremely skilled marksman and a competent hand-to-hand fighter. His reckless personality hides the fact that he’s actually a very efficient combatant. Among the human-level characters so far, he’s one of the most capable.

42. Rick Flag

Rick Flag is a battle-hardened military leader with years of experience. His tactical mind, weapon proficiency, and physical conditioning make him a serious threat in any human-level fight. In close combat, he likely holds a slight advantage over Vigilante.

41. Black Canary

Black Canary possesses the powerful Canary Cry, a sonic scream capable of incapacitating multiple opponents instantly. Against normal fighters, that ability alone gives her a massive advantage. It’s one of the first truly superhuman powers on this list.

40. Peacemaker

Peacemaker is an elite marksman with access to a wide range of specialized helmets and weapons. His aim is nearly perfect, and he’s also trained in hand-to-hand combat. That versatility makes him extremely dangerous both at range and up close.

39. Cyclone

Cyclone’s wind manipulation abilities give her strong crowd-control power. She can create powerful gusts and aerial movement that would overwhelm most normal fighters. However, in a pure one-on-one duel against stronger opponents, she may struggle to finish the fight.

38. Bloodsport

Bloodsport is one of the most versatile fighters in the DCEU. His advanced weapon system can transform into different firearms and gadgets, giving him incredible adaptability in battle. Combined with his military experience, that makes him extremely dangerous.

37. Deadshot

Deadshot’s claim to fame is simple: he never misses. His accuracy borders on superhuman, allowing him to eliminate targets with surgical precision. Compared to other marksmen on this list, he’s arguably the most consistent and lethal.

36. Katana

35. Killer Croc

34. Batman (Michael Keaton)

33. Batman (Ben Affleck)

Affleck’s Batman demonstrates borderline superhuman physical ability. His warehouse fight scene alone shows incredible strength, speed, and combat awareness. He was even able to contribute in a battle against Doomsday, placing him slightly above the previous version.

32. El Diablo

When El Diablo unleashes his full power, he becomes one of the most destructive characters on the lower half of the list. His fire abilities can engulf entire areas and create massive damage. His battle with Enchantress showed just how devastating his true form can be.

31. King Shark

King Shark possesses immense durability and strength. He survived massive falls and sustained heavy gunfire with little effect. Against most opponents below him, simply surviving their attacks long enough to close the distance would likely secure his victory.

30. Polka-Dot Man

Polka-Dot Man’s ability sounds bizarre, but it’s incredibly lethal. The interdimensional dots he fires can disintegrate nearly anything they touch. His only real weakness is his lack of durability.

15. Wonder Woman

Her performance against Steppenwolf and Superman highlights her incredible power.

14. Flash

The Flash possesses one of the most broken abilities in the universe: super speed. His connection to the Speed Force allows him to move faster than nearly anyone else. However, his limited combat experience and durability compared to stronger characters keep him slightly lower on the list.

13. Doctor Sivana

Doctor Sivana gains immense magical power after being possessed by the Seven Deadly Sins. His abilities allowed him to overpower Shazam in their early confrontation, demonstrating just how dangerous his magical enhancements truly are.

12. Faora

Faora is one of the most dangerous Kryptonian soldiers in the DCEU. Her combat skill, speed, and strength allowed her to fight Superman directly and dominate entire groups of soldiers. As later films expanded the power scaling, her performance became even more impressive.

11. Nam-Ek

7. Supergirl

Supergirl possesses the same Kryptonian abilities as Superman: flight, super strength, heat vision, and extreme durability. Her performance against General Zod shows that she can compete with the most powerful Kryptonians in existence.

6. Shazam

Sabbac emerges as a terrifying demonic force with immense power. In his battle against Black Adam, he initially gains the upper hand thanks to his overwhelming strength and dark magic abilities.

3. General Zod

General Zod is one of the most dangerous Kryptonians ever shown. His battle with Superman in Man of Steel devastated entire cities. As he adapted to Earth’s environment, his power continued to grow rapidly.

2. Superman

Superman stands as the ultimate hero of the DCEU. His strength, speed, flight, and heat vision make him nearly unstoppable. After his resurrection, he effortlessly overpowered the entire Justice League and later defeated Steppenwolf with ease.
