I turned TWENTY, what a day,
A milestone graced in every way.
The years FLEW by like fleeting streams,
Yet each one shines with cherished dreams.

To God, Iโm grateful, deeply true,
For blessings vast, for LIFE anew.
A miracle, they said, Iโd not surviveโ
Yet here I stand, ALIVE, ALIVE...

Doctors spoke of TIME so brief,
An hour more could bring only grief.
A body drained, yet I held TIGHT,
And somehow fought to see the light.

If not for mercy, love DIVINE,
This life could never have been mine.
But here I stand, a TALE to share,
Of hope that lingers in the air.

I feel the ache of fleeting years,
But joy dissolves my hidden TEARS.
Among kind souls, Iโve found my place,
Wrapped in LOVEโs eternal embrace.

So hereโs to TWENTY, lifeโs sweet store,
And dreams that stretch to 120 more.
For Iโm a MIRACLE, bathed in light,
A testament to Godโs great might.
