I thought this was going to be about a cat! 😅 Yes, I agree with Mariann. I have to disconnect, it doesn’t solve all but helps the nerves settle. We weren’t made for this constant barrage of often negative (and sometimes ‘twisted’) information on screens.
I know what you mean. I need a break from social media for sure.
