Hey, think about yourself over the past year.

Do you know how hard you've worked? Do you know how important you are? Do you know that you deserve to care more about yourself?

Life is like this: once you get busy, many things get overlooked. When we keep focusing on the same routine, as days repeat themselves, many other things seem less important.

Conversely, when you rigorously examine yourself, your flaws are gradually magnified until cracks appear, and you start to blame yourself for not being "good enough."

Did you often treat yourself this way last year?

In the new year, don’t do that anymore. Like those who truly care about you—who see your imperfections but still like, acknowledge, and accept you—you should see yourself that way, too.

Of course, there are areas for improvement, but who doesn't have those? If you only focus on your faults, even a perfect score feels like a zero.

In the new year, live each day to the fullest. Care more about yourself and focus less on the expectations of others. Care for yourself, and become the person you truly want to be.
