Soft sobs gently cease as

I sing "Brahms'

Lullaby," at the

End of the day. while

Night descends and changes from restlessness to

Calmness, the soothing song

Enables sleep.

Lovely & soothing… I used to croon Brahms Lullaby to my babies… largely in desperation!

Even reading this in italics made me feel comforted, and I can imagine that change from "restlessness to calmness" is so rewarding:)

Simply Beautiful Babs! I ❀️ it!

  • Oh Babs, I so love babies and know grandchildren aren't in the cars for me. Now I understand why old ladies like me stopped and cooed at my baby years ago. It's in us to want to see the newness, the innocence so fresh in a wee bundle. Lovely entry!

That was perfect, Babs. The right amount of everything to paint a calming picture of much-needed silent rest. πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
