Things I have learned living abroad
I’m from India and I have been living in Glasgow, Scotland for 1 and half years. I came to Glasgow in 2022 for my master’s. I would admit it was hard at first living alone in a foreign country far away from home. I know most people would have gone through this at some point in their life. I have always wanted to go abroad as long as I remember but the reality of living abroad was different than what I had in my mind. Don't get me wrong it's not all bad living overseas, living abroad does have its perks along with difficulties I guess most people go through especially if they are living in a foreign country for the first time.

Low- Self Esteem
Am I good enough? It's a question I have asked myself my whole life. While growing up I didn't have many friends, I lacked confidence in myself. I used to spiral and have negative thoughts about myself. Every time I looked at myself in the mirror I used to think I was not pretty or good enough for anyone. I used to spiral with these thoughts out of control.
