Equal Op-porn-tunity
The porn community is working harder all the time to change their culture into a respectable industry like any other. One of the problems they are going to have to deal with is Equal Opportunity. I don’t say this to point fingers at anyone, because that isn’t how you solve problems. Knowing the truth about American history, we see that without a deliberate effort to change, the racist practices of the past haunt us. Most white Americans do racist things all of the time, but I would venture that 99 percent of them aren’t racists. The problem is that some racist traits have become so ingrained in American culture that we can’t tell that they are racist. However, that’s not an acceptable excuse.

Escorts Reveal What It's Like To Be a Vegas Sex Worker
Las Vegas has a very solid reputation as one of the most insane cities. In Las Vegas sex work is still illegal - however, state laws allowed it to be legalized in most other parts of Nevada. Since then, many parts of the state have become known for their prostitution, porn, and strippers.

Why Are Vampires Seen as Sex Objects?
When was it that rotting flesh devils who sucked a person dry of blood until their lungs rasped out their last became sex objects? Vampires and sex seem intertwined together. Before Twilight, before Anne Rice, and before Dracula, vampires were seen as devils or demons. Soulless husks who preyed on the living.

State of the Nation: Gay Magazines
The first gay magazine I ever bought was Outrage — an Australian magazine. It must have been the late-80s. It was a pretty standard kind of gay mag, covering arts, culture, and the gay-scene. It included a lot of information about condoms and safe sex.

Hottest Webcam Girls
The New York Times reported that the webcam industry brings in around $1 billion in annual revenue. Yes, BILLION. Whoever said people don’t pay for porn anymore has been seriously misinformed, though cams are believed to be the only materially profitable segment of the industry. Websites like Chaturbate and WeCamGirls use a “tipping” system that lets viewers pay to see certain sex acts. See, those were the days when people stood around and read lines and had terrible scripts that killed time till the fucking. Now? Like Bill Maher on crank, it’s real time all the time. You pay your bitcoin and you take your chances—getting a real-time moment with some orgasm junkie on the other side of the planet somewhere: it’s a Skype-esque Girlfriend Experience.

Best Porn Star Autobiographies
Whether or not you're a regular pornography watcher, the very notion that such an industry exists means something to everyone. For some, porn is a perfectly normal, perfectly healthy ode to human sexuality (as it should be), while to others, the thought of watching smut unfold onscreen is off-putting. In this way, to define adult film performers as simply that—porn stars—often does not adequately convey the full scope of this industry's influence on everything from feminism to sexual liberation to freedom of expression. Luckily, the often misguided speculation from outsiders is tempered by those porn stars that put pen to paper and tell us what really goes on behind the scenes. Some porn stars write of humorous situations, some divulge emotional pain, some speak to having broken the porn star mold in some way; all, though, are incredibly insightful. Here are the best porn star autobiographies written by industry veterans and newcomers alike.

The Ultimate Guide to VR Porn
Digital media has always been on the front lines of providing new forms of porn for the masses, so, when virtual reality first hit the market, many speculated how long it would be before they could experience VR porn. Many rationalized that it didn't take long for video games to produce porn (look up Atari 2600 porn games--yes, they are real, and no, none of them are sexy), so it seemed reasonable to say that the future of porn would come fast and hard.

Did I Kill Playboy?
This is a statement that still blows my mind, but I am the only person on the planet that can say it honestly: I was on the cover of Playboy's first non-nude issue. After 63 years of showing every possible part of the female anatomy (and some of the male), the iconic bunny brand shocked the world by deciding to go conservative. And somehow they chose me to represent that shift.
