To be a leader is not to bark at others and give orders, but to bend your back with them and show them the way. You will know that you are a righteous and humble leader when nobody realizes that you have been leading them.

Side hustles are the millennial way of life, and reporters are eager to point it out. Of course, back when I first started my first “side hustle” it was just called a second job, and everyone felt sorry for the fact that I needed two jobs to pay the bills. At the time I had a part time job that I desperately needed to be full time. So, instead of one full time job, I had two 30 hour jobs. It was hectic, but it worked. It’s a story we all know pretty well.

Learn from It!
When you have a schedule planned out of what you need to do each week, you soon realise that without it, things go out of the window. That's when you end up spending two days unable to do anything you planned on, because of the sheer number of other things you need to do. That's when your work has piled up that you should have done in the two days that you were doing other things; I am never going to do that again, unless I have pre-planned the whole thing, including what I'm writing as part of what I've scheduled for the week.

Then again you are carefree and happy, it’s almost like you get to live your childhood again. They say retirement is wonderful since you can do nothing and no one can reprimand you for that either.
