Reels, Triller, Clash and others. That's why Tik Tok is unrivaled
It does not happen, but if it were to happen that Trump has the better of TikTok by limiting, controlling and in any case twisting the app to make the most famous people of the moment dance, what are the candidates to capture the "stupid" of teen-agers? According to the MIT magazine, Technology Review, there would be four on the track: ranging from Triller, who is currently the most fierce competitor, to Reels recently launched by Instagram, to the 'outsiders' Byte and Clash both born from experience by Vine, the Twitter video platform closed in 2016.

With the advancements in technology, live streaming is becoming popular among organizations and many businesses as they use it as a medium to engage their employees and customers. Social media is trying to Control Us
I feel like social media does try to control or else looks and opinions so that we will become a more politically correct society. Facebook heads already got busted for the way they use and place ads that do not correspond with their belief systems. However, I do not believe that it should not be the role of social media platforms. I think social media platforms should be like Switzerland and have no public opinion about anything being posted on their websites? If you are going to say these websites are geared towards adults, then the conversation should be free-flowing without restrictions. Isn't that why we have freedom of speech? Isn't that why we say social media platforms are not responsible for the things being posted on their website? Just last week, YouTube took down a thumbnail picture to one of my videos, because they said it violated their policies. Here is the image and question; please keep in mind that this standard YouTube website is supposed to be geared towards adults. I don't believe that this picture is racy by any means. I know that a couple of fellow YouTube creators were complaining that they were not able to say Coronavirus or COVID-19 without fearing that their video would be taking down. As a YouTube creator, how can we not talk about something that is affecting the whole world? How can YouTube have a double standard in place that their Standard YouTube platform is not for kids, but they want to force you to make all channels Family-friendly? If I want to trade YouTube channel that wants to talk about S&M and sex toys and how they use them; I should be allowed to do this, since YouTube is for adults. Now, if YouTube, what is creators to put various disclaimers on the channel, I can agree to that quickly, but I can't admit to being overly policed like YouTube. So many other social media platforms are trying to do.
