Meatless Meatballs
Hello my little lovelies! So for my second veggie recipe I wanted to be a little creative and I made meatless meatballs! These guys are perfect for spaghetti and meatballs or if you're throwing a party and you have friends that are vegetarian. These are quick and easy to assemble so you're not doing too much to these guys. And again, all the seasonings will be to your taste, so I'm just going to put the seasonings that I used and then you guys can adjust it to your taste buds.

Cottage Cheese (Paneer) Benefits & Recipes
Cottage Cheese or Paneer is an all-time favourite ingredient for many popular Indian dishes. While a large number of people consume it as a daily routine, others cook it occasionally for meals at home. Curries made with Paneer are also prominent party dishes in India. But apart from the great taste, what are the benefits Cottage Cheese offers?

Cajun Spiced Meatless Patties
Hello, my lovelies! So as I stated, I am going to start doing some meatless meal prep recipes for those of you who don't really like meat or don't want to eat meat for every meal. I recently went out and bought a bunch of cans of beans so I can make veggie stuff. I like tofu but you're only supposed to eat a certain amount of soy and it's also one of the biggest GMO crops out there so I try to steer clear of it unless I'm really craving it or wanting something that mimics fried chicken without the chicken. So this will be the first of three veggie recipes and I hope you guys enjoy them.

Slow Cooker Chicken
Hello my lovelies! So for this recipe, it's not going to be a meal prep recipe exactly but you can use it for meal prep. For this chicken recipe, you can put this with any carbs or veggies that you wish and make it versatile and flexible. The good thing with meal prep is that you can mix and match things to keep it interesting. I know meal prep can get very monotonous and boring and at times you're like "Yeah, no." This recipe is also great for a busy mom who can just throw this in the crockpot in the morning and let it cook while they are at work then just pull it apart or serve it however they like to the family and then they can just worry about sides and stuff. Or be like me on some days when I don't want to really cook but I know I have to meal prep so I can stay on track with my goals. You can virtually do this with any meat and then just change up the seasonings to complement the meat. I wouldn’t recommend doing it with fish because fish is already delicate and if you slow cook it, I have found it turns to mush and it’s not appetizing at all

The Best Pie Ever
Once Luke and I got married, we both developed a really bad habit pretty early on. One that we indulged in just about every night: dessert. When you're newly married and don't want to spend a ton of money on things you don't really need, sometimes the best thing to do is to go pantry/freezer diving. We were sitting around the house one night, and I was feeling the familiar craving; I needed some sugar. We both did. So, I started making a mental list in my head of all the things we had in the fridge, pantry, and freezer (I like to be inventive when I can). The most hopeful ingredient that we had was a leftover refrigerated pie crust from when I had made a pumpkin pie a few days before. I didn't have much to fill it with laying around, but I did have a bag of frozen peaches in the freezer.

Easy Teriyaki Chicken
My boyfriend and I live on different continents, and when I am not around he lives on pre-roasted Woolworths' chickens and raw vegetables. When I am there, I make him delicious homemade chicken meals. This is a favourite. Not only does my boyfriend steal the chicken pieces out of the pan while I'm trying to get everything served up, he actually takes my plate out of my hands so he could have seconds, and I consider myself lucky if I get it back.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
If you ask me one of the most underrated desserts out there is the cookie. Cookies are delicious and can come in many different shapes, sizes, and flavors. There are so many different kinds of cookies out there; chocolaty, fruity, healthy, sweet, savory and so on. Heck, I've seen some pretty delicious looking hybrid cookies out there that we may have to try and make sometime soon. S'more cookies anyone?

Creamy Chicken Pasta (Non-Dairy)
Hello my little lovelies! So this recipe that I bring today is a warm comforting recipe that will warm anyone's heart. It is a creamy chicken pasta without the dairy! First and foremost, I LOVE pasta. I have always loved pasta. In fact, my favorite pasta is shrimp fettuccine alfredo. I just love the creamy cheesiness and happiness that pasta gives me. But it brings one downside: because it is basically nothing but dairy products all around it tends to make you bloated and constipated. If you're like me and you're lactose intolerant, it has a side effect that's not very nice that I'm not going to elaborate on. So I started looking into dairy alternatives that could make a dish creamy AND not cause much bloating to the person eating it. Because of the corn and the carrots, this dish can be a little on the sweet side. If you want to add some heat, feel free to add in some rep pepper flakes or cayenne pepper or hack go ahead and throw in some hot sauce if you want, it's completely up to you. Again all spices are to taste in this recipe there really is no measurement. Enjoy the recipe!

Turkey Cups with Sweet Potato Mash with Roasted Veggies
Hello my little lovelies! So the past two recipes I've posted are mostly shrimp recipes. Well today I have a turkey recipe for those of you who aren't very fond of seafood. This is a simple, easy recipe. It's a little time consuming but I promise you the results are AMAZING. All of the spices will be to taste since we're basically going to use the same spices over and over and I really don't measure anything.

Skillet Chicken Burrito
Unlike the traditional families of the past, today's family must work longer workdays in order to meet the financial needs of the household. Women are very much a part of the workforce, opting to work and raise the children. Other responsibilities, such as little league and dance practice or piano lessons, make it difficult to come up with healthy, wholesome, and filling meals for the family. Today's parent depends on the Internet and other resources for quick, tasty meals for their family. These meals decrease the amount of time spent in the kitchen and provide the family with the opportunity to spend quality time with each other.
